Spinach & Goat Cheese Spread
Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Chevre Goat Cheese (or ricotta for a less tangy flavor)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/3 C finely chopped baby spinach (raw)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, stir together goat cheese and milk until soft.
- Add chopped spinach and stir until combined.
- Serve.
