Silvia from Rome – Italy
So glad to see your comment, Silvia! I love the Italian way of eating/cooking (a personal favorite!)
I love the no snacking rule. I’d love to implement that at our house.
Three kids, each 4 yrs apart. All with different eating behaviours. Food time is stressful to say the least. Time to start a new plan, and your list is a great first step.
