We’ve implemented many of these rules but #5 is my favorite. I always remind my son to ‘eat a rainbow’ and we even have that as one of his goals on his magnetic responsibility chart.

In our house, kids eat what adults eat and we all eat together. We also grow some vegetables, and that makes my son excited to eat them.
Rule number 3 seems to be important.
2 would be mine also, have a great day!
I love your website! I try a new recipe every week. My kids fav so far are the valentine pancakes. 🙂 thanks!!
My kid’s eat everything too!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Slow Food is Good Happy Food is a rule to live by for sure.
Avoid emotional eating. Not only do I do that but I do use dessert as a reward with my kids. If they behave and eat all their food they get dessert. I’m teaching them the same bad habit I have
I really need to create a meal schedule and stick to it. It will help with shopping, crazy dinnertime and hopefully get us all eating better.

We have been trying to stick to the kids eat what adults eat rule. It is difficult when we try something new and different but sometimes the kids discover something they like that they thought they wouldn’t.
Already a subscriber. Trying to limit the snacking but no where near having kids eat what adults do.

Expecting our first at the end of July – I’d say the one I’d most like to keep to is #9 – Eat mostly real food.
We’re actually trying to implement all of these rules. Some are easier than others. We are merging two families, bringing together two adults and their respective children (ages 11 and 7.5) who are used to vastly different styles and practices. Slowly but surely I will convert them! LOL
I’ve pinned a few OOTB recipes. I think the Jello Fruit Wedges would be fun in the lunch box. http://pinterest.com/pin/201536152045129478/

Ugh- I think we struggle with snacking around here the worst. I need to implement that one first.
I’d love a copy, I would like to do better with rule number 2.
I really need to be scheduling our meals so we cook and eat more healthfully!!
