When offered the opportunity to create another family fresh recipe using Naked Juice, we jumped at the chance! Naked Juice has just come out with their new Power Garden juices which combine over 1 pound of veggies into each 15.2 ounce bottle. We chose to play with the Berry Veggie variety, which is chock full of purple carrots, beets, sweet potato, strawberries, cherries, plum and apple. The Berry Veggie variety even has chick peas thrown in for added protein!
Since summer has arrived in Los Angeles, the kids wanted to create a frozen treat to cool down these hot days and warm nights. The result of our recipe development is the Berry Veggie Creamsicle which uses Naked Juice Power Garden Berry Veggie as well as wholesome Greek yogurt and farm fresh blueberries.

I love the simplicity of this refreshing treat! I’ve also been dying for a popsicle lately but don’t want all of that corn syrup, sugary mess. This is perfect!
